How to renew your policy

Renewing your policy couldn’t be simpler. You can renew your policy online by following the instructions below, or to make changes to your renewal please call us on 01425 280078 and our team will be happy to help.
 

Motorhome Customers

By Phone – You can renew your policy by calling us on 01425 280078.

By Direct Debit – If you already pay by direct debit then this will normally continue automatically at renewal unless there has been a default on your account. If you do not wish to renew please call us on 01425 280078.

To make changes to your renewal or if you have any questions please call us on 01425 280078 and our team will be happy to help.
 

Caravan Customers - policies renewing from 1st August 2026

In 2025 Caravanwise became part of Noble Insurance Group. From August 2026 all renewing tourer, folding camper and static caravan policies will be moving to Noble Caravan & Leisure. 

Online – To renew online go to the email reminder we sent you and click the link. This is unique to your policy and will take you to your payment page where you can choose to renew by direct debit* or credit/debit card.

By Phone – You can renew you policy by calling us on 01425 280078.

Existing Direct Debit Customers  - If you currently pay by direct debit* your policy will not automatically renew this year. To renew by direct debit, simply go to the email reminder we sent you and click the link. This is unique to your policy and will take you to your payment page where you can choose to renew by direct debit* or credit/debit card.
 

Caravan Customers - policies renewing up to 31st July 2026

By Phone – You can renew your policy by calling us on 01425 280078.

Existing Direct Debit Customers – If you already pay by direct debit* then this will normally continue automatically at renewal unless there has been a default on your account. If you do not wish to renew please call us on 01425 280078.
