How to make a claim

Caravan Customers - policies renewing up to 31st July 2026

Caravan Customers - policies renewing from 1st August 2026

In 2025 Caravanwise became part of Noble Insurance Group. From August 2026 all renewing tourer, folding camper and static caravan policies will be moving to Noble Caravan & Leisure.

You can report a claim to us by phone or online via your Noble Caravan & Leisure Portal. If you do not have access to the portal please let us know and we can send you a unique link to submit your claim without logging into the portal.

Once we have your completed claim form our team will then be able to help you and explain the next steps.

What you should do

You need to tell us as soon as possible giving details of what has happened.
You need to tell us with any information We may ask for.
You need to inform the police as soon as possible following any case of theft, attempted theft or lost property.
You must not admit liability or offer or agree to settle any claim without Our written permission.
You should take all reasonable care to limit any loss, damage or injury.
You will need to provide Us with a valuation or receipt to evidence the value and age of each item.

What's covered

Your Policy Wording and Schedule set out what you can claim for and what is not covered, if you are not sure please contact us.
Remember, no policy covers everything. For example, we don’t cover certain things such as damage caused by everyday wear and tear.
