How do I make a claim?
Answer: In the first instance call us during office hours on 0800 3282084 or 01425 280078, we will take some basic information and assist you in getting to the correct department at the insurance company.
If you are claiming for alternative accommodation of up to £50 a day then you need to keep receipted bills or other documentary proof of your expenditure and evidence that the expenditure was necessary as this only comes into operation if your folding camper becomes unusable because of loss or damage covered by the policy while you are actually on holiday.
Full details of claims settlement are contained in your policy booklet. A copy of which is available on request.
